Lunch: 1 cup of cottage cheese and six cookies. Some versions allow people who make the 3-day diet to choose between 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1 cup of tuna. Some require six cookies, some allow eight. Most versions ask for crackers.
Dinner: two hot dogs, 1 cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream. Some versions specify beef sausages. Some indicate 1 cup of cabbage instead of 1 cup of broccoli. Some versions require low-fat ice cream.
